Open AT® Applications
Open AT® applications are developed and built using the Open AT® IDE,
then downloaded and stored on Wireless CPUs. The compiled object code
runs under the control of the Open AT® Operating System. Applications
can perform all GSM/GPRS functions. In addition, they can control or
monitor the variety of I/O interfaces provided by the Wireless CPUs. As
applications are written in standard ANSI C, with powerful function
calls for access to hardware resources, it is possible to manipulate and
store data prior to transfer over GSM/GPRS or local I/O.
